Camps Bay is bad for your health.
According to News24, a container carrying harmful chemicals and other parts of Michael Jackson washed up onto Camps Bay beach.
Apparently, a crane is making its way to the scene*, although I’m not entirely certain what good a bird with long legs and long neck will do.
Word on the street, or rather, the beach, is that the stuff inside is a form of something called ‘cresol’. A quick Google search reveals that cresol is:
any of three poisonous colorless isomeric phenols; derived from coal or wood tar; used as a disinfectant
However, the same search result suggests that cresol is also:
[a] supplemental coffee taste sensation characterized by a predominantly scratching sensation at the back of the tongue.
This creates an interesting situation. What is really inside that thing?…

Clearly it’s something that tastes like coffee and cleans your tongue as it goes. Hey presto! No more coffee breath

So the hazardous waste division put their foot down when it came to the Michael Jackson bits – coal, tar, poison, fake coffee ….. all that they could do, Michael Jackson – no?
Everyone has to draw the line somewhere, not so?
