Now then James … to hasty to hasty – what about the begging IEC officials – carltonville, or th Ballots premarked with ANC as choice – quite a few major cockups going on
Don’t do that Jeremy! Please remember that some of us drink their morning coffee whilst reading your column.
Professional indeed!
Let’s see:
Not enough ballot material.
Presiding officers that are cought posting ballot pre-marked ballot papers, trying to commit suicide with scissors, telling seriously uneducated voters that they have to make their crosses next to the ANC, making their own forms because there weren’t any supplied, telling voters that they will be allowed to vote only in alphabetical order (?), ballot boxes that were so full that one could hardly get any more papers in, ANC tents right outside the voting stations to pressurise voters into voting for them, chiefs of villages telling their people to vote ANC or else …… need I go on?
Oh yes, voting continuing until well after the 9h00 deadline (which is understandable given the total inefficiency of the IEC and the fact that they appointed officers at the polling stations that had less education pre-primary school kids).

Oh no — you pulled a Zapiro and put yourself into your cartoon…ok, you didn’t draw yourself — but it would be fun to see you caricaturing yourself
